By accessing or using the Foxic App Store and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Foxic provides an app store platform for Roblox developers to access and install various tools and utilities for their games, including but not limited to the Foxic AntiCheat. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

Some aspects of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Distribute malware or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to the design, code, and materials, are owned by Foxic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some of our services may require payment. By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Foxic, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
